At this time we are not hosting any On-Ramps...the best way to get started is to come in and take a FREE sample class, then schedule a private intro with KC Stallsmith. The intro is 90min in length, we'll discuss your goals and expectations, I'll teach you basic fundamentals, the 4 foundational movments, and do the Baseline workout. You'll receive nutrition information that'll last a lifetime! Take a written test at the end to check for understanding, then sign up for membership if you choose! Who takes the On-Ramp?

The On-Ramp program is required for any new, beginning athletes who would like to train at CrossFit AllStar. We also provide private intros when we're not running the On-Ramp Course, please inquire. We believe that for you to have your best success you'll need the best beginning training. Our 9 session program, or private, provides you the optimal start in CrossFit by defining your goals and planning the path to get there and beyond. We require you to be invested in the Community and Culture of excellence at AllStar. Passing of the On-Ramp written test is required to attend our regular All Levels classes. We are serious about your success here, and we hope you are to.

3 Ways to Start at AllStar

Progress & results are our top priority and all of the ways to enter our program ensure beginners are well prepared prior to entering the group class environment. 

Goal of the On-Ramp

  • Introductory exposure to movements with multiple opportunities to review, especially the three key lifts: Deadlift, Press, and Squat. 
  • 9 sessions spanning almost a month with nutrition as the foundation of the first class which will educate beginners and let them put their best foot forward upon entry. With nutrition compliance and consistent attendance in the On-Ramp, folks will see body composition changes in addition to improving their baseline workout times. 
  • 9 sessions in a beginners group allows folks to bond with one another.  You will be starting this journey together…and not be distracted by being thrown into a regular group class to early.
  • Participants will receive their beginner workout journal and learn the benefits of measurable results!

On-Ramp Program Price a bargain at $225 includes:

  • Private, small group training environment
  • Nutrition education and discussion as the foundation.
  • Learning the Fundamental Movements of CrossFit including: 
  • The OPTIMAL start for CrossFit training to ensure your greatest success & goal achievement.

The On-Ramp program is 9, 60 minute sessions, beginning at the start of the month, three times a week, in the evenings, Monday, Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm (allow 2 hours the first night for orientation). After On-Ramp and passing of the written exam you have the option to sign up for any of our membership options. Passing of the written test earns your a 25% OFF COUPON you can apply to your new membership! You may take regular group classes during your On-Ramp training depending on your experience. Personal Training Options

Private Sessions are available to do your On-Ramp training if you would like a one-on-one experience, or to expedite the learning process. We condence our Beginner Course into 3, 1 hour sessions for the same cost of $225, you get 25% OFF each additional person for a cost of $168.75, in your group so bring a friend!

Additional Nutrition Assistance

Nutritional counseling for CrossFit is available for an added cost. Clients will learn food journaling, accountability, and accessing resources through private nutrition sessions. Please inquire for pricing.
