Teenager Kali takes forward rolls to a whole new level!
When was the last time you did a forward roll?
This was how I approached the workout with people today...lots of folks hadn't tried it since they were kids! It's important not to try it, unless you are able to be in the proper body position so that you don't hurt your neck. Keep the body tight, legs together, ball up and tuck the chin, push off with your feet, and land on the upper back, not the head or neck.
