180 Feet of Handstand Walks
was in the wod today. Hard to believe there was a day I used to look at other people doing handstand walks and wonder how the heck they could pull that off. You ever wonder that?
Nowadays it comes much easier to me, almost like second nature. What changed for me. Practice, practice, practice. And i'm talking about practicing EVERYTHING, not just handstands. Practice hollow body position, practice ring inversions to get used to being upside down, do strength work on the shoulders and trunk and grip, kick up, kick up, kick up!!!! Lot's and lots of practice and finding comfort in being uncomfortable will help you with your handstand walks.
