At CrossFit AllStar we commit to live the following:

  1. I promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, minute to minute. But in that minute I will do my absolute best.

The Thruster

The workout today involved 150 Thrusters total, which made for a wonderful opportunity to fine tune and practice this compund movement. The two elements, the Front Squat and the Push Press are joined in what can only be called a FULL BODY movement at it's finest, and one that is gauranteed to whoop your butt. Everyone stayed strong today and focued hard on maintaing proper form on this dynamic movement.
