Get in on the action and be part of this life changing nutrition challenge with daily accountability, leaderboards and workout, scaling divisions, and nutritional guidance. Nationwide!! Must complete workouts at a participating registered CrossFit Affiliate and WE ARE!

I was fresh out of the CFAS on-ramp course when I decided to sign up for the Lurong Paleo Challenge last year. I had never really "worked out" before and I knew that my daily nutrition was not where it should be. I signed up for the challenge as a way to be held accountable for making a life change that I knew I wanted and needed. It was a great way to make and achieve goals, to see awesome measurable results, and to learn so much more about nutrition and how it goes hand in hand with your workouts and overall well being. It was challenging and I had to push myself but the support at Crossfit Allstar is amazing and the whole box was cheering me on throughout this journey. I can honestly say that the challenge changed my every day life and I look forward to the Lurong Paleo Challenge 2013.  -Becky Adams-

A.
Four sets of:
Barbell or Dumbbell Push Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Dumbbell Alternating Reverse Lunge x 10 reps each leg 
Rest 45 seconds
Side Planks x 30-45 seconds each side
Rest 45 seconds
B.
In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete four sets each of:
Row 250 Meters
25 Kettlebell Swings
