7/21/14 'Lumberjack 20' & Cheryl Brost competes tomorrow!!!

Beginning tomorrow, Cheryl Brost will compete at the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games in Carson, CA. She will represent not only CFAS, but Kohala District, Hawaii Island and the State of Hawaii. I can't think of anyone better to show the world how we do...Hawaiian style. I love you CB and never thought my first trip to the Games would be to see my training partner & dear friend on the competition floor. Go do what you do best!!!!
