"Definitely worth the 30 min drive up!"

The 7 Sacred Rules at AllStar

At CrossFit AllStar we commit to live the following:

  1. I promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, minute to minute. But in that minute I will do my absolute best.
  2. If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. Then I rest and live to fight another day.
  3. I may struggle, curse and cry but I will never quit.
  4. I will never criticize or beat myself up for what I can't do today. I will just try again tomorrow.
  5. I promise to believe in myself, beginning each workout with the thought that "I can do this!"
  6. I show up to my workouts because I am committed to my health. My commitment to health is an act of self-love.
  7. I acknowledge that my diet is the most important part of my program. The cleaner it is, the better I do.

New VIDEO released!

Please take a moment to watch a new video released yesterday about our gym’s annual competition, by our very own Sally Lundburg of Mahi’ai Creative. Click above to watch the video titled ‘Building Community- The AllStar Round-Up’. MAHALO to everyone involved last year, and special thanks to CFAS Athletes Brian & Fluffy Anderson from Rocking Chair Ranch without whom the Mystery WOD ranch run wouldn’t have been possible!

Round-Up 4 Registration OPEN

If you’re searching for self improvement, take advantage of the chance to be a part of the AllStar Round-Up. Competition makes us better, keeps up working hard, and give us a chance to test our skills, and GROW as athletes and people. I care about your progress as an athlete, and hope AS MANY of our CFAS athletes compete in the Round-Up as possible! This is how you get better! AND IT’S FOR ANY LEVEL there’s an Open Rx division, Scaled division (with lighter weights and modified movements), and Master’s division for 40+ years. We can also scale the workouts futher if needed, so PLEASE COMPETE IF YOU FEEL AT ALL INTERESTED! You may also take advantage of our NEW ‘Competition Training’ times (see  below).

If competition is not something you’re interested in, but you still want to be part of the event, please consider registering as a volunteer!!! For the last 2 years we’ve had 72 volunteers each year, and around 90 athletes participate. It takes everyone coming together to produce such a quality event, and we appreciate each person who volunteers their time and energy to be part of our team.

For more details, to register as an athlete or volunteer click HERE! GO FOR IT!!!!
