The 7 Sacred Rules at AllStar

At CrossFit AllStar we commit to live the following:

  1. I promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, minute to minute. But in that minute I will do my absolute best.
  2. If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. Then I rest and live to fight another day.

First Sunday AllStar Yoga Class

CrossFit Allstar offers Yoga on Sunday 4:30-6pm. We also offer a CrossFit Plus Yoga class which is an hour CrossFit class finished with a half hour to twenty minutes of yoga. Click here for our class descriptions and schedule.

9/3/11 CROSSFIT ALLSTAR FIRST WORKOUT 31 HEROES:

 We had a great turnout, 16 adults and 5 kids showed up for the first WOD ever at AllStar today, 31 Heroes, honoring our fallen soldiers. We then went on to prepare for the Grand Opening Party! It was awesome! Complete with Baseline workouts performed by newcomers who had never heard of CrossFit, and Fran performed by the island's top athletes, it was a day to remember! Pics and video coming soon! 31 Heroes workout pics below, amazing athletes!!!

 

 

This is a Partner WOD. Scaling options will also be provided, along with coaching.

AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30/24)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
