Goal for the AllStar Round-Up
Bring Athletes together from EVERY BOX ON BIG ISLAND, build our community here, offer Scaled & Master's divisions as well as Open, so people can compete on a level playing field and allow for more participation, throw a CROSSFIT RAGER and put AllStar on the map. Mission accomplished!
Highlights of The AllStar Round-Up... I'll be posting about this event all week so come back often!
"I wish i was at the level you guys are at, all those open women are amazing, i teared up a couple times seeing how hard you guys worked to get there, and when a judge didn't count a rep it's like you know what that feels like, it's crazy! only a crossfitter knows the feeling :) My whole body is sore yesterday and today, i think you guys managed to use about every muscle in the body all in one day including my vocal cords are practically gone lol Thank you for putting on such an amazing super organized fun hard sweaty nuts crazy fabulous event, you and josh truly rocked it out, it was nice to see ALL the big island boxes that split apart come together, you guys truly are helping to bring this CrossFit community together. Awesome job, thank you for everything, it was a totally inspiring weekend, makes me wanna be that much better.-Hugs." CrossFit Kids event unbelievable!
Mahalo to everyone who donated, came out, judged, cheered, and loved our CrossFit Kids this Saturday. They raised over $2000 for the Michael Morriss Memorial Fund to protect our ocean resources!! What a workout- 101 reps!! I couldn't be more proud!
SPECIAL THANKS TO THE ALLSTAR VOLUNTEERS WHO GAVE THEIR TIME, ENERGY, AND HEARTS ALL DAY TO HELP MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS! PLEASE BE SURE TO THANK THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE (I'm sorry if I missed anyone!!):
