To provide the most effective method of fitness imaginable to any person, regardless of age or fitness level, in a community where every athlete is an AllStar.

Redefining Fitness

To us, fitness is a way of life. It isn’t something we should all be expected to go at alone and divided. That being said, it absolutely involves more than just showing up for a group class and going home. It is about redefining who you are and changing how you see yourself. It is about wanting and craving to reach your personal best, in and out of this box. Are you willing to make changes? If you already do some form of exercise, are you getting the most out of the precious time you put into your workout? Does your current fitness method have a definition of fitness, something you can measurably work towards? Are you currently seeing measurable, lasting results?  How can you maximize your time to yield better results exponentially? Are you enjoying your workouts and pushing beyond where you imagined you could perform?  CrossFit AllStar will provide answers for you.

Integrity

With the definition of CrossFit being so diverse and varied, our goal is to serve up true, concentrated CrossFit, undiluted. We stay true to CrossFit methodology not only with the movements, but also with nutrition accountability by educating the community on nutrition. Integrity also applies to our athlete’s interactions and attitudes. We maintain the integrity and spirit of a CrossFitter by knowing we can excel beyond any personal limitations or excuses we might have sabotaged ourselves with in the past. We support and encourage our fellow athletes to do the same.

Health

We are committed to helping you achieve optimal and total health. Your fitness level and overall health affects everything in your life.  Having great health is great wealth! Your doctor may define your health based solely on physical analysis, but here we measure health based on a whole life approach.  The fitter and healthier you get by practicing CrossFit skills, the more energy and confidence you have to carry out your daily tasks, like going to work, playing with your kids, cleaning house, grocery shopping, and interacting with others. CrossFit helps you achieve a state of being you might never have thought possible, which eventually redefines how you see yourself. As you start to feel differently, you begin to see life as one big possibility! Our purpose is to help you improve your health so you feel stronger, live healthier and realize your AllStar potential!

Community

We are dedicated to providing the most efficient method of fitness to our community. We don’t mess around with anything else because we believe in CrossFit.  This is what we do, and we are good at what we do. We train athletes at all levels, from children to our older generation, from beginners to elite athletes.  We are here for the community as a whole. CFAS hosts healthy movie nights, paleo potlucks, nutrition and fitness challenges and events.  We like to work hard and have fun, while keeping our AllStar community active and working to achieve their goals. Our website has free daily workouts and photos for everyone to take advantage of. (Link to blog with workouts)  We also provide a link to the CrossFit main page where a host of  CrossFit workouts and exercise demos are freely available. AllStar is more than just a gym; it is a community resource and a way of life.
