Rope Climb/ Double Under RELAY

3 Tabata Rounds(45sec work/ 15sec. rest):
Med. Ball Clean
Wall Ball Sit Up
Wall Ball
Med Ball Push Up

Skill:
Going over the difference between the Press, Push Press, and Push Jerk, practice w/ PVC

WOD:

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
