The 7 Sacred Rules at AllStar

At CrossFit AllStar we commit to live the following:

  1. I promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, minute to minute. But in that minute I will do my absolute best.
  2. If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. Then I rest and live to fight another day.
  3. I may struggle, curse and cry but I will never quit.
  4. I will never criticize or beat myself up for what I can't do today. I will just try again tomorrow.
  5. I promise to believe in myself, beginning each workout with the thought that "I can do this!"
  6. I show up to my workouts because I am committed to my health. My commitment to health is an act of self-love.
  7. I acknowledge that my diet is the most important part of my program. The cleaner it is, the better I do.

Memorial Day MURPH HAPPENING MONDAY!


We'll be offering traditional Memorial Day MURPH WOD this coming Monday at 8:00AM ONLY. All other classes cancelled for the day. Bring a friend for FREE if you like! We'll scale the wod appropriately for ALL!

LURONG WOD #3 WILL BE PERFORMED THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY JUNE 3RD NEXT WEEK AT 6:30AM!

Women's Class attendance on Tuesday & Thursday at 10:15 has been really thin. We've decided to open up this class time to ALL GENDERS and run it like a regular CrossFit All Levels class. We apologize in advance to those who liked it all women. We do plan to have a new transitional flow for the New You Program graduates when the Summer session ends.
Again, TUESDAY & THURSDAY 10:15AM IS NOW A REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASS FOR ALL GENDERS
We hope this helps build up that mid-morning culture and we can fill up this class time more, as well as SPREAD OUT some of the folks who attend the crowded 8:15am class. MAHALO!

Women's only beginner program for CrossFit...learn the AllStar way with CFAS Owner KC Stallsmith & our amazing female coaching staff!
6 Weeks long, includes nutrition program and 3 New You classes per week
Must attend all class sessions on M/W choose either 10:15AM or 5:30PM & Saturday 10AM (1 hour class during week, 1.5 hour class on Saturday)
Must want to work hard and bring a positive attitude!
