11/22/11 Burpees & Back Squats

Workout of the Day

Warm Up:
800m Run
Every min on the min for 10 minutes
5 Overhead Squats
2 Wall Ball Sit Up
Handstand hold for remainder of minute

Skill:
Rope Climb: Practice Wraps (1 or 2 x per person taking turns, if not able to climb then jump grab and hold.)

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

25 Burpees

Body weight back squat, 15 reps
