A strong foundation = long-term results, and this 90-minute session will set you up for success.

Our ALLSTAR KICKSTART program runs once a month, with orientation happening on the 1st Saturday from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at CrossFit AllStar in Waimea. This one-time session is packed with golden nuggets of knowledge to set you up for success. The best way to start? Start strong. 💪🚀
