Stretch

Josh lengthens his arms up in a thigh stretch using a box jump box. The Saturday 6 AM CrossFit class consists of 1 hour of CrossFit followed by 15 - 30 min. of Yoga. We did a team WOD today and celebrated John Clay's birthday!
