Zane shows his straight arm on the Kettlebell Deadlift in the Kids class!

Below: Becky needed to get her Lurong Performance WOD #1 done in time to submit her score, so the best time to do it ended up during the last part of the kids class. So the kids ended up SUPPORTING Becky by helping her count her burpees, AND doing burpees with her! It was super sweet!

 

Danny is the first adult to sneak in to the #3 spot on the Leaderboard (The TEENS hold the top spots!) for Max Height Box Jump at 49 Inches! Not bad for 39 yrs!
