That whiteboard looks CRAZY, but Ben kept count for her(which explains a lot), and she did an awesome job on 'Randy'! Marta is currently in 12th place overall in the Master's division of the Lurong Paleo Challenge! GO MARTA!

Tuesday and Thursday 8:15 - 10:15 am is an advanced level 2 class. This a time where I perform my own training with select students. You must get clearnace from KC to attend this class, limited to 5 advanced athletes. Today we performed 7 WODs, competition style, moving from one right to the next, all rest/work times perscribed.
