CrossFit Kids ART
CrossFit AllStar, Big Island of Hawaii, Waimea- The children have been working really hard on their artwork inspired by "A Healthy Me". Workout of the Day
Warm Up:
Run 400 meters
Practice Double Unders 5 min immediately after run
Dutch warm up/active stretching
Sprints:
4 X 400 meters
2 X 200 meters
1 X 100 meters
WOD:
Five rounds for time of or AMRAP in remaining class time:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
