CrossFit Kids ART

CrossFit AllStar, Big Island of Hawaii, Waimea- The children have been working really hard on their artwork inspired by "A Healthy Me". They will have their pieces done soon so be looking for them in the kids gallery here on our website, and also on display in the kids area at the gym. Way to go kids!

Lloyd works on solid Overhead Walking Lunges with the Barbell while Georgia & Tracy do Burpees.

Workout of the Day

Warm Up:

Run 400 meters

Practice Double Unders 5 min immediately after run

Dutch warm up/active stretching

Sprints:

4 X 400 meters

2 X 200 meters

1 X 100 meters

WOD:

Five rounds for time of or AMRAP in remaining class time:

45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
