9/3/12 Back, Front, Overhead Squat

PERSONAL RECORDS FOR ALL
Almost EVERYONE made personal records today in class on either the Back Squat, Front Squat, or Overhead Squat. Some broke past record, for some it was their first day doing these movements, but for everyone there was a great feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction knowing that improvement is attainable for all.
