9/8/12 Your Weight Plate Is Your Friend

Partners with your plate

Saturdays are always special at AllStar! We usually do partner and team wods on Saturday but today we choose something different courtesy of CrossFit 808.

We became partners with our weight plates, performing 400 meter runs with the plate, OH walking lunges with the plate, push ups on the plate, sit ups with the plate, and front squats with the same plate not leaving our hands.

Good FUN and also accessible to many people. Some of our gang did their first RX workouts today congrats to Dana and Lila!
