Barbell:
Technique work on 'ground to hip'
5 Sets: 3 Position Snatch (Hi-Hang, Mid Thigh, Mid Shin)
5 Sets: 3 Position Snatch (Hi-Hang, Mid Thigh, Mid Shin)

Run:
Prep:
Run 400m @ 75% – rest 3 minutes.
Run 400m @ 85% – rest 4 minutes.
Run 400m @ 90% – rest 5 minutes.
Test:
Run 400m – all out.

Conditioning:
For time:
135/95 pound Thruster, 15 reps 
Run 200 meters
95/65 pound Thruster, 20 reps
Run 400 meters
65/45 pound Thruster, 30 reps
Run 800 meters
