Ann-Marie we'll miss YOU!

We had a great turn out of Athletes and friends at Ann-Marie's going away party, and just a little crying....out of joy and happiness for Ann and her husband Chris! We had over 30 people come together to bid her farewell. THANKS to all for bringing such wonderful PALEO FOOD and being such rock star people. 

Special Thanks to Jen and Jared for bringing tables and chairs and helping with set up for the party. Thanks goes our to TJ & Elin for letting us use the fire pit was wonderful!!! Mahalo to everyone for the great food and company! Love you ANN-MARIE!

A special Girlfriend came into town to rep her product Crocks footwear, at the IronMan! Mahalo Amy Suh for coming by to train with me! Awesome 3 hour session!!!

We say goodbye to Kara, for a limited time hopefully she'll be back! Here's her before and after pic after only a MONTH of training with us and modifying her nutrition!!!

Girls Night Out event sponsored by the North Hawaii Community Hospital prooved to be a great success this year as always! It's great to get out to this FREE event which hosts vendors that supply information and services for women's health and wellness.
