Athletes power out Open wod 13.3 & Wall Balls!
Everyone has been walking around the box like they jsut got off a horse, that's because 150 Wall Ball Shots can make you weak in the legs for a couple of days after the fact. Great job to everyone who completed their Open workout 13.3! I heard from Kala, "I think this morning was the best wall balls i've ever done the right way. I can feel it! Mahalo again for the support and encouragement!"

We celebrate 12 graduating On-Rampers with a Paleo Potluck
You all brought such amazing food to the paleo potluck!!! Kale salad, ceviche' shrimp, marinated mushrooms, frozen banana caramel cookies, avocado mint chocolate chip ice cream, baked apples, frozen nut pie....was Ono!
