7/29/14 The 2 best things about the CrossFit Games this year...and athletes at CFAS take on 'Chelsea'
I'm sure your site is getting bombarded with these type emails but that commercial with the old people was one of the most powerful things I've ever seen! I literally got chills the first time I saw it. I hope that other boxes follow your lead and create programs for older people because its such a wonderful thing. Thank you for reminding me why I love crossfit. -Dennis

2 major things happened at the CrossFit Games this year. Cheryl Brost placed second in the 40-44 masters division and I actually got to be there to see it in person! AND CrossFit HQ showed a commercial about our Kupuna CrossFit program DURING the Games! Check it out above!
