SATURDAY CROSSFIT CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO THIS YEARS 6TH ANNUAL BARBELL RODEO! 

Sunday Barbell Class also cancelled due to the Rodeo, we apologize for any inconvenience.

COME ON DOWN THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 10TH 

LIFTING STARTS AT 10AM! 

Josh will be BBQ-ing and we'll have potluck food after the event around 2 or 3pm, please join us!
