5 AM Crew

This group shows up at 5 AM, Monday and Wednesday, and 6 AM on Saturday, and works HARD. They enjoy CrossFit and all the challenges it brings, but I think most of the enjoy the RESULTS it brings. Strong mind and body for life!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 "GI Jane"

While some athletes did GI Jane, which is 100 Burpee Pull Ups, others who did not make it to Barbells for Boobs on Saturday, did "Grace", 30 Clean and Jerks for time.

 

Iron Cross

 Joanie came to visit us at AllStar today to perform her Barbells for Boobs wod, after some hollow core drill warm ups, we went through the progression leading up to the Iron Cross. We tested for prerequisite strength with a simple support drill, then we gradually added on to the progression as was best for the various athletes we had in the gym today. We utilized spotters, and gradually worked up through a progression that everyone could find available to them, at their own level.
