Strict Pull Ups in the Warm Up

Means strength in the long run. We work the dead hang pull up as well as the gymnastics kip, in order to increase strength in the shoulder girdle and back, and confidence in the mind.

 

 

Skill: Balance

We worked with balance today in the warm up. I introduced several of my favorite yoga poses that force you to work on balance, and stay in the present moment, literally. Everyone benefits, including some men who have been strength bias in the past, now work on flexibility and balance at AllStar.

Coach and MOM

Its a great life when I can still coach with my daughter on my back. Raising our kids up at AllStar and forging the future of elite fitness!
