Congratulations CrossFit AllStars who ran the Honolulu Marathon today! Kelly and Robyn ran together most of the way, while Arati said her and Kip kissed every mile and made a pit stop at Starbucks! However you do it, it's an amazing feat. Good job you guys!

Warm Up:

3 min. Cumulative time in an L-Sit (rings, box, parallettes, bar)

then: Every min. on the min. for 8 min

4 Pull Ups

5 Squats

6 Sit Ups

Skill:

Dirty Balls & Burpee/SDLHP

WOD:

4 Rounds

11 Dirty Balls (Med Ball Clean in to a Wall Ball Shot)

12 Burpee/SDLHP (Burpee into a Sumo Deadlift High Pull)

400m. Run
