Our CF Kids AllStars!
The CrossFit Kids are unlike any other breed of child in Kamuela. Strong, confident, playful, willing to do hard work, and have BIG FUN. They are creative, caring, and becoming their own little community that supports and encourages one another.
Below: Their name cards they made today, to help Coach KC with class organization, but also gives them a sense of identity here. They drew their favorite CrossFit exercise on the back, fun for CrossFit games!
