Workout of the Day

Warm Up:

Run 800 m. 

3 Rounds:

5 Right Arm KB Swing

5 Left Arm KB Swing

5 H2H (Hand to hand) Switch

Barbell Work:

10 min. to establish 1 rep max Clean & Jerk

Conditioning:

5 Rounds for time each of (scored separately):

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

*Rest precisely 3 min. between each round.
