New 30 Day Theme: Pull Ups

All kinds of Pull Ups! This is the most frequent thing I see on the goal board for guys and girls alike, EVERYONE wants to be stronger on Pull Ups. We will be practicing all kinds of pull ups, weighted pull ups, L-pull ups, butterfly pull ups (I’m finally getting these!!), ring pull ups, L-Ring Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Chest to Bar Pull Ups, and on and on. We'll be going over correct hand position, correct body position, and even hand care.

Workout of the Day

Warm Up:

Double Unders 5 min.

6 100m. Hill Sprints w/ variations

25 Burpees for time

Skill:

Deadlift & L-Pull Up

WOD:

Seven rounds for time of:
225 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 L-pull-ups
