Hilo Half Marathon!

Robyn and Kelly from CrossFit AllStar finishing up the Hilo Half Marathon last weekend with a time 12 minutes faster than last year!!!

3 Ring Inversions for quality

3 Cartwheels each side for quality

WOD:

“THE OTHER CF TOTAL”

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.
