The Deadlift

Such a simple thing to do, just lift something off the ground, but how complex that can be. We started a wendler strength series today with the Deadlift. 

Top Right: Brad working up to his max weight...

Bottom Right: Last week Brad made a PR or personal record on his Deadlift. Brad body weight is only 148 pounds, but his 1 Rep Max Deadlift is now a whopping 365 lbs.!!!! Way to GO!

Skill: The Deadlift

5 X 75%
