5/4/12 "Community Workout" & "Pheezy"

Weekly Community Class
Each week our box offers a FREE COMMUNITY CLASS on FRIDAY at 4:30pm and continues to be a hit! If you are wondering what CrossFit is all about this is the class for you as we go over CrossFit philosophy and teach you why we do the movements that we do, and why our gym looks the way it does. You will learn basic CrossFit movements, and perform a workout with a group of wonderful friends that are all going through it together with you. Plus it's FUN! AND you can come as many times as you like! We even have some of our seasoned athletes show up, at their own free will, to the community class for fun and to help the new folks. Talk about community fitness! I honestly don't care if anyone thinks I am crazy for teaching a free class each week. It feels good, and right and it's been great for expanding our CrossFit AllStar Community.

165 pound Front squat, 5 reps
18 Pull-ups
225 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
165 pound Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups
