Rope Climb, Box Jumps, KB Swings...

We do a little bit of everything here at AllStar. Today was not different. Each time we practice, we give ourselves the opportunity to improve, and remember just how great we are.

Everyone works at there own level here, but the key to that phrase is, "everyone works". CrossFit is hard work, you've got to want to do the work, and you've got to show up.

As Elyse Umeda says: "You can have resutls and excuses, but not both." This is so true. I see it very clearly in people who really want to make changes in their lives. It all starts in the mind. Allow youself to make no excuses, just do the work and you will get what you came for.

Strength:

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

WOD:

15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5pood/1 pood)

15 Power Cleans (95/65)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)
