5/13/13 Sunday Rocks at Our Box!

Sundays at our Box have become really cool. We've been following the Outlaw Way on Sunday, programming for strength and lot's more Oly lifting that usual wich is fitting for Oly Club. We still focus a lot on our technique work, but we do the Outlaw conditioning wod's as well. It makes for a pretty sweet Sunday.
This Sunday two of the teen girls from the HPA class showed up for Oly Club and did awesome!
The boys/coaches also did their max box jumps after the wod just for fun. I think they all were trying to beat 16 year old Duncan from HPA who jumped 48" last week. Noone could catch Duncan, but Kip and Arjun cam close at 47 3/4". Josh jumpes 46". All made Personal Records.
