I had tears welling up in my eyes as a coach this morning around minute 26 in a partner WOD, everyone at all different levels working so well together it's amazing when you believe in people they will believe in themselves and rise to any occasion! Super job gang I love you all!

Warm Up:
800m. Run
200m. Team Row w/ Ring inversions while waiting

Split up the work however you would like to with your partner. Only one person works at a time. Score is max rounds you do as a combined team working together.
