Visitors we love!

Jen stopped by the gym today! She's visiting from the mainland and trains at CrossFit NorCal (the infamous Jason Khalipa's box). She is responsible, with some of her CrossFit friends, for producing a satirical video called "Sh*t CrossFit Chicks Say". Even though we are a family box, I will post the video here cause it's just super funny! I love that CrossFitters can make really great fun of themselves. That's what it's all about is FUN! So please only watch the video below if you plan on laughing at yourself:)
