8/8/12 The Bar Muscle Up

We performed the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Track Triplet today in our box and some of us including TJ for the first time performed the Bar Muscle Ups. In this video you can see TJ makes it look easy, and this was his first time attempting them!
Super proud of Lauren who also did her first Bar Muscle Ups!
Workout of the Day
Dodgefrickenball 3min.
Then, 3 Rounds of the following:
Tarzan Bar Walk
6 Pistol Squats (3 ea. leg)
15 Push Ups
10 OH Squats
10 Hollow Rocks
