PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE MANY NEW POSTS BELOW AS I CATCH UP ON THIS BLOG! I MIGHT NOT POST DAILY, BUT I DO POST ALL THE WHITEBOARDS FROM OUR FIRST WOD TILL THE PRESENT DAY. ALL THE WHITBOARDS GET POSTED, IT MIGHT TAKE ME A COUPLE DAYS, BUT THEY DO GET ON HERE! Moving UP
Well, like any family, our kids grow older. We have our first 2 Crossfit Kids who have turned 13 and are now in the CrossFit Teen class and doing great. Congrats to Wolfgang and Thierry! They have definitely proved they can wod with the bigger teenage boys and girls. They were very ready to move on up, and they are certainly making me very proud! Good job guys!
Below: Teen class on Mondays & Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm. HPA busses kids here, but the class is also open to the general teenage community.
