NEW Yoga class at AllStar on Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm

My dear friend Diane, shown at right, will be teaching a yoga class in her own style at AllStar starting this Wednesday! Diane and I participated in a 7 month long Anusara Immersion together, and she teaches in a style influenced by Anusara. Please join us if you would like more yoga in your life. The class sill continue if she gets enough attendees to keep it going. Cost is $10 paid directly to the teacher. Hope to see you there!

5X3 Snatch from Blocks (just above knee)– heavy but perfect, rest 60 seconds 

HBBS: 2X5 @ 80%, 2X3 @ 85%, 3X1 @ 90% – rest 60 sec.

Conditioning:
