Our kids find any excuse to workout...Lily and Della do resisted runs with scooter! 

According to Della, "This was NOT a workout Mom." Guess she was having way to much fun to consider it a workout, that's the way it SHOULD be.

Workout of the Day

Warm Up:

CrossFit Baseball

Barbell:

Find your 1RM Snatch Balance (heaving)

Conditioning:

"Filthy Fifty"

For time:
50 Box jump, 24/20
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/25
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/35
50 Back extensions (Sub Good Mornings 45/35)
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

*Then 3 X 1:00 Plank hold and/or find your 3RM Push Press
