1/24/13 Kids & Teens make our box stellar!

Our kids program ROCKS!
You know how I figured this out? Kids LOVE coming to CrossFit Kids class at AllStar. You know why? Cause as the CF Kids coach I make it FUN! That was my goal when I started a Kids program. Not to cultivate competative CrossFitters, but to cultivate a love for fitness. Out of that love, will come competative CrossFit athletes if that's what the child wants. If not, then CrossFit Kids will have given them the opportunity to understand that fitness is fun and doesn't have to take an hour or two. Our kids know how to get in a great workout in just minutes so it's not a daunting task, it becomes a fun game. The kids take ownership of this class, within a structured framework that I have created in our box. We've got a good thing going here and I want to thank the parents for supporting their children in CrossFit KIDS. Our kids are truly learning how to love who they are. We are 18 kids strong, and growing!
Teen Class
The HPA high school teens have taken a break this sports season from the gym(it's been quiet around without them, huh?!), but certain teens can't help but keep coming back from the middle school age. This class has grown slower but steady and these kids work HARD! They often do a variation of the adult workout of the day, modified especially for middle school age teens. Spread the word about this class! We would love to have more teens involved!
