We celebrated ourselves today by practicing different skill tests, even the kids class performed isometric holds to challenge themselves. Right: Max practices the ring tuck and hold.

Below top right: Lisa T. holds and impressive 1:14 at the top of a pull up position, Lauren P. barely held on for longer with 1:18. 

We tested our 1RM Deadlift today, and for those who were ready to go heavy, many Personal Records were made! Some of the gals: Monica & Melora with 205#, and Lauren lifting 210#. Guy: Scott PR'd with 405# with many more people getting stronger every day!

Warm Up:

Junkyard Dog or Farmers & Loggers

Gymnastics drills & mobility work

Skill Tests:

Max Handstand walk for distance

Max L-Sit on the parallettes

Max hold at the top of a pull up

Find your 1RM Deadlift, try no more than 3 attempts

Conditioning:

AMRAP 12 min.

5 Power Cleans (165/110)

10 Toes to Bar

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
