5/4/13 Games Athlete Matt Beals in the house!

Matt Beals, AKA Captain America, blessed the gym today with his sweat and pleasant personality. Matt was top ranked 4th in the WORLD in the 2013 CrossFit Open in the Masters category ages 45-49, and will bypass regionals and go straight to the 2013 CrossFit Games! He showed up after the 6am class...looking to train and just so happens I was itching to WOD so we did a triple threat WOD programmed by him home box coach Jack Cambra Jr. Of CrossFit Fifty in Hawaii Kai, Oahu. Was awesome to train with Matt, AND connect with Jack to in a way! Matt also took 1st place in our AllStar Round-Up last November when Jack Cambra brought over a team of athletes to be with us!
