Warm Up:

Run 800m

Dymanic Warm Up gymnastics line drills

Run:

4 x 400m sprints

Rest 5 min then

Conditioning:

2 min ME muscle ups (or Pull Ups)

AMRAP 6 min
50 DU (or 50 singles)
15 Burpee

2 min ME muscle up (or Pull Ups)
