Visit to Mission CrossFit with my cousins! I had no idea they did CF what a nice surprise!

Owner, Justin has 5 KIDS & this amazing box! He was a pleasure to meet, and I hear he'll be vacationing in Hawaii soon! I invited him to AllStar of course!

They had these GREAT custom whiteboards. The anal organizer in me got super horny when I saw this. You bet i'll be trying to get some for our home box!
