Saturday TEAM WORK came in to play while we worked at Handstands away from the wall, here Josh and Jared help Cindy find balance.

We'll miss Karl and his family, they go back to Oakland tomorrow. He was one of the most motivated CrossFit Tourists we've had here at our box in Waimea. He came in almost every day of his holiday! Awesome!

Friday, I started out the weekend with a trip to Hilo and of course had to check in at CrossFit Hilo Iron and CrossFit Big Island!

CrossFit Hilo Iron is a new, smaller, roots style box located across from the mall off of Kanoelehua Ave. Was good to wod there and connect with our team mates who'll be competing with us at the Showdown in Honolulu next month!

CrossFit Big Island is located across the street from Ken's House of Pancakes and I've been visiting this box since it was at it's original location by Discount Fabric Warhouse. LOVE CFBI great people!

Meet the 2 newest AllStar employees Ford & Della. They will be performing modeling services and assistant coaching in the Kids classes. They are on staff so feel free to ask them for help at the box if you need it!
