Rowing

The workout today involved using the Concept II Rower. Little did I know that these two AllStars Leslie Hall and Carrie Jenkins were on rowing crew in college! It was wonderful to see them in action doing something they love! They have some great tips to share so catch them in class and talk story!

Pema the Princess came to AllStar today to monkey around in the Kids Cage. We like kids in costume!Who knew a refrigerator cardboard box could be so much fun to wrap your little brother in like a burrito while the adults workout?
