Hold top of Pull Up

Cartwheel

Hang at bottom of Dip

OH Squat with bar (45/35)

Skill:

Pull Over on Bar

Pull Over on Rings/ Backward Roll to Support on Rings

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

18 Box jumps, 24" box

15 Toes to bar

12 Pull-ups
